Vicks sinex nasal decongestant spray - what harm does it do? - will a chest infection harm a baby in pregnancy

I am 26 weeks pregnant and has a very bad cold and pneumonia, and am on antibiotics.

My nose is clogged and I could not sleep at night and go into a real panic.

I know I should not use Vicks Sinex and believe me, I spent hours a Google search on the topic and at bottom that can be used if the benefits outway risks. I'm not sure what the risks, but the benefits are a dream for me halfway, and will not panic and stressed that it can not be good for the baby.

I was not looking for someone to tell me, want to contact my midwife or doctor, just to know if anyone knows the real danger to put my baby.

I'm just one night with (I'm with a stuffy nose during the day)ND'm with only one drop in each nostril. Tonight is the third night.

What harm can be done, anyone know?
