I have a 2000 infiniti i30 it shakes badly driving on the highway & even more when braking..I noticed it? - my 2000 infiniti i30 shakes

I realized that not get rid of my regular tires and my chrome rims, too. . . the same place as the driver's side rear tire. Among the tires part that rotates and revolves around one was kind of out of wack as the others, that is, they do not make a line that does deformed circle, I think, shake everything ... What do I need to replace this update ... Just buy a new rotor?
